Flight stand PSPK-102

The engineering simulator (the flight stand) PSPK-102 has been created in ЦАГИ in 1983 in interests of the national program on creation of aerospace system " Buran - energy ".

At unique stand PSPK-102 the big cycle settlement and experimental researches with participation of pilots and cosmonauts - verifiers for which the stand became powerful training base which analogue does not exist in our country and to this day has been lead. The stand has allowed to fulfil in full the program летных tests of aerospace plane " Buran " in the conditions very close to real.
In the further development and modernization of stand PSPK-102 is engaged during last 10 years company " Dynamics".
Engineering simulator PSPK-102 with a mobile cabin possesses high characteristics and allows to solve a wide spectrum of problems on working off of characteristics of stability and controllability of the plane, operational development of systems managements, and also to carry out training structure.
Stand PSPK-102 has 6-DOF system of mobility of a cabin type with the hydrodrives having a working course 1.8м and equipped with hydrostatic support. High dynamic characteristics of system of mobility provide high quality of reproduction linear and angular.
The stand has a cabin of the typical main plane, is equipped with 4 channel system of visualization with digital synthesis of the image and optical, providing FOV (80°H x 40 ° V) for each pilot.
Loading of a steering wheel and pedals in a cabin of the stand is carried out with the help of electric system of loading of manufacture of Dutch firm Fokker.
The structure of stand PSPK-102 includes the modern computer complex. The mathematical model of the plane pays off on a head computer which is connected to all systems of the stand: system of visualization, system of display of the information on display devices, system of loading of levers of management and system of mobility of a cabin. The calculated data on a local network are transferred to computers of system of visualization, computers of modelling of an instrument board and a computer of management by electric system of loading.
Stand PSPK-102 was actively used for support and working off of planes S-80, That - 204, That - 334, RRJ, Boeing, Silt - 112. Due to the unique characteristics stand PSPK-102 is claimed and today, now it is effectively used by "Dynamics" for the decision of problems of working off of stability and controllability of planes and training structure.
