Description |
Is designed to fit air-to-air and surface-to-air missiles.
Collaboration is possible by means of ordered or joint R-effort on the basis of upgraded prototype of the seeker 9B-1103M with follow-on as R&D efforts.Provides:
- Search, lock-on and tracking of the moving targets using the preliminary target designation of airborne and air defence radars;
- Measurement of angle coordinates, and angular rates of targets and missile-to-target closing speed;
- Receiving: and decoding of radiocorrection signals.
- Generation and transfer of the signals for missile control systems through the digital communication links.
Operating modes
- Fully autonomous (active) mode using only primary target designation data for providing the missile flight without any support from external radars that enables «Fire-and-Forget” capability.
- The inertial flight with correction from the carrier radar.
- Reprogramming mode when the user may install a new program to the on-board computer if conditions of engagement are changed.
