-Hot-extruded tubes with the outside diameter of 45 - 160 mm, wall thickness of 0.1D - 0.25D.
-Hot-rolled tubes with the outside diameter of 70 - 100 mm and the wall thickness of 9 - 20 mm.
-Hot-rolled tubes with the outside diameter of 50 - 160 mm and the wall thickness of 7 - 35 mm.
-Cold-rolled hollow billets and tubes with the outside diameter of 6 - 63 mm, and the wall thickness of 1 - 8 mm.
-Large diameter tubes including tubes for riser applications can be manufactured in co-operation with other enterprises. Based on the agreement with the customer, palladium or ruthenium can be added to the titanium alloy composition in order to increase corrosion resistance of tubes.
The following tubes are manufactured by the Russian enterprisers from VSMPO stock:
-Hot-rolled with the outside diameter of 219 - 508 mm, wall thickness of 13 - 102 mm.
-Extruded with the outside diameter of 102 - 355 mm, wall thickness of 9.5 - 102 mm.
-Cold-rolled with the outside diameter of 88.9 - 355 mm, wall thickness of.
VSMPO supplies heat-treated, hydraulic tested and sonic -inspected tubes.

As of December 2002 VSMPO held 187 certificates for major products of which 13 are for the Quality Management System, 101 - for processes and test methods and 73 - for products. For non-traditional products there are 39 certificates for products and 11 certificates for production processes.
In 2002 a transition was made at VSMPO to the Quality Management System (QMS) complying with the requirements of DIN EN ISO 9001:2000, AS9100, DIN EN 9100. In 2003 QMS was certified by TUV.
VSMPO airworthiness certificate for servicing Russian and CIS industry was confirmed. Surveillance audits of the Quality System and products were performed by major customers such as Boeing, General Electric, Pratt and Whitney (USA), BFGoodrich (Canada), EADS Group, SNECMA Moteurs (France), Rolls-Royce (Great Britain), Mitsui and Co (Japan).
Inspection checks of laboratories at VSMPO were performed by GOST R, MAK (International Aviation Committee) Aviation Register; crosschecks with TIMET and GEAE (USA) verification tests are performed annually.
VSMPO was accredited by the European Economic Committee of Russia as an equipment supplier for power facilities. Licenses were granted to VSMPO by the State Nuclear Surveillance for design and manufacture of equipment for nuclear-power engineering and radiochemistry.
