Saturn GPA-4Saturn GTD-6.3 and Saturn GTD-10 gas-turbine engines are developed on the base of Saturn GTD-4 drive.The engines are applied in packages of Saturn GPA-6.3 and Saturn GPA-10 units as well as for the engine replacement in available GPA-Tz-6.3; GPA-10; GTK-10; GTK-10I gas-pumping units
Saturn GPA-4 is a gas-pumping unit of the 5th generation. It is designed within Saturn-Gazprom cooperation program.Saturn-GPA-4 is an automated complex operating in a mode of `no operator` technology. The control system provides a remote control. No personnel is necessary.The unit is highly available. It is of modular design comprising two separately transported block-containers. The blocks are assembled in a single one at the operation site.The load on compressor stage of the 4th generation Saturn GTD-4 core is 45% higher. Compressor efficiency is 0.5 to 1.5% higher as compared to the corresponding ratings of counterparts efficiency. NOx and CO level is not higher than 50 mg/m3.
