Yuri V. Lastochkin was born in 1965.In 1989 graduated from the Yaroslavl State University, Accounting and Economic Activity.Since 1992 was the head of a company supplying industrial equipment.In 1997 was appointed Director for Resources, Economics and Finances, Rybinsk Motors JSC.In October 1997 in accordance with a decision of the Board and meeting of the shareholders was appointed General Director, Rybinsk Motors JSC.In July 1999 has successfully defended thesis `Development and Implementation of Resources Planning Strategy at a Large-Scale Industrial Company at Transition Stage`.
In July 2001 Yuri V. Lastochkin was appointed General Director, NPO Saturn by a rsolution of the General Meeting of Shareholders of Rybinsk Motors JSC and A.Lyulka-Saturn JSC
An associate member of the Russian Academy of Natural Sciences, Deputy of the Yaroslavl Regional Council.
