With the purpose to reduce the costs of service and maintenance of aircraft to a minimum, the "KrasAir" came to a conclusion to unify the aircraft fleet.

Ulyanovsk Aviation Plant "Aviastar" and Kazan S.P. Gorbunov Avia-Industrial Amalgamation became the partners of the "KrasAir".

Before 2005 it is planned to replace all fleet of Tu-154 with Tu-204 and Tu-214; and to complete the air-freighter fleet with Tu-330.Two new liners Tu-204 "Ivan Yarygin" and "Vasily Surikov" are included into the regular schedule of the Airline Company.
