Airline Company "KrasAir" consists of four thousand employees of more than one hundred specialties. More than one half of the personnel of the Airline Company "KrasAir" has higher and secondary special education.

The employees of the Airline Company continuously train in the leading foreign airline companies, which allows them to apply in practice the knowledge and experience gained by international aviation community.

The Airline Company maintains its own Training Center for constant supporting of high level ot flight safety and advanced training ot the employees.

In 2000 every second employee of the Airline Company was trained within the scope of the Program "Customer is above all".
