Photo Description
BLKS 307 Khrunichev, a Monoplace Hyper/Hypobaric Pressure Therapy System
HBOT or HBHOT is applied in cases of blood circulation disorders in the vessels of limbs, the heart or the brain, gastrointestinal disturbances, bronchial asthma and metabolic disorders as well as in intensive-therapy or resuscitation units. These methods have also a systemic strengthening effect.

for civil purposes

The BLKS 307 Khrunichev Hyper/Hypobaric Pressure Therapy (HHPT) System developed by KhSC in collaboration with the Adaptation Medicine Center, Orenburg and the Hyperbaric Oxygenation Therapy Center, Moscow (both centers reporting to the Russian Health Ministry) is a third-generation of KhSC altitude therapy chambers belonging to the BLKS 301M/BLKS 303MK family.

BLKS 307 Khrunichev is designed to apply treatment or health-improving sessions using either hyperbaric oxygenation therapy (HBOT) or the hypobaric hypoxia (HBHO) method.

- The duality of the system is achieved through the use of a dual controller and a set of actuators that enable the operation in either an HBOT mode or an HBHOT mode. Two additional options are available, one (BLKS 307/01) designed to operate in an HBOT mode only and the other (BLKS 307/02) in an HBHOT mode only.
The system includes an altitude chamber proper, a control and monitoring panel, a base, a trolley, and a trolley top (with a mattress).
The built-in monitoring system (a modified B 001 portable HBOT monitor) enables tracking the patient’s physiological status ((i.e., ECG, photoplethysmography, the heart rate, and SpO2) and the chamber’s internal background (i.e., pressure, the compression/decompression rate, RH, temperature and the CO2/oxygen concentration). An alarm signaling function is provided.
The patient’s comfort is achieved through the high chamber volume, an optimal internal gas exchange and a special design of the coach offering a choice between a recumbent, a semi-recumbent and a sitting position.
