1. Engine repair
2. A&REE check up
3. Helicopter dismantling
4. Assembling room. View 1.

1. Repair of all transmission power units and main rotor system of helicopters.
2. Helicopter components` repair.
3. Repair of the fuselage including replacement of the load-carrying members.
4. Painting helicopters in the special workshops with the use of up-to-date technologies and materials. Stencils and in-scriptions are made on the electronic equipment.
5. Post-repair test of all components and instruments on the test-benches. For that there are about 130 test-benches at the enterprise, including those ones for dynamic testing of power units and environmental tests of instruments.
6. Maintenance of main gearboxes, engines, APU.
7. To perform overhaul at the Customer base the company has established the special workshop including traveling teams of high-qualified specialists, necessary equipment and tools, technical publications.

On completion of restore major repair heli-copters are assigned full TBO and service life.
For several decades the company gained a unique experience in overhaul technologies of airframe, components and helicopter equipment. Technology Department of the plant is an engineering center where new technologies are elaborated as well as state-of-the-art achievements are introduced into practice. JSC SPARC has developed overhaul documents, which are applied at all enterprises of aviation branch.

A global reconstruction and upgrade of the facilities has been performed for the last three years. Today the plant is equipped with up-to-date equipment and tools. Unique test branches are arranged in the workshops in order to perform post overhaul test of components and instruments.
