The Training Center is located on the plant`s premises thus the practical training is fulfilled at the repair enterprise, at that actual components and equipment are applied.
The Training Center is entitled to perform the following types of training for operation of helicopters Mi-8T, Mi-8P, Mi-8PS, Mi-8MT, Mi-8MTV, Mi-8AMT, Mi-17, Mi-171, Mi-172:
-Refreshment and conversion courses for engineers and technicians for helicopters operation (Airframe and engine, Avionics) including routine repair.
-Refreshments and conversion courses for engineers and technicians on helicopter repair (all types).
-Refreshment and conversion courses for flight personnel.
-Refreshment and training for flight instructors.
-Management courses.
The Training Center provides:
-A set of syllables and training programs.
-A set of manuals and training recommendations.
-Training software (for theoretical training of engineers and flight personnel).
-Computer dynamic simulators (helicopter systems simulators for control skills training in the course of training engineers and flight personnel).
-Software for automatic examination and testing.
-Navigation simulator for flight navigators training.
Helicopter Mi-8MTV Full mission simulator of a new generation is the basis for flight personnel training system and their proficiency upkeeping. Its application allows to pay more attention to actual and efficient improvement of flight skills and to increase time for flight training.

The Training Center houses classrooms, PC classroom, briefing room, laboratory, computer navigation simulator, helicopter Mi-8MTV Full mission simulator of a new generator. There is a technical library and record-keeping office available.
In the course of training modern educational technologies, training software, major helicopter systems simulator, computer navigation simulator are applied.JSC SPARC Helicopter Training Center was opened in 1999 (Certificate No.074, License No.00057).
