Description: «Sukhoi Design Bureau» develops S-21 supersonic business jet (SSBJ) capable of bringing passengers to the capital of any country or large economic center within minimum time period with not more than one intermediate enroute landing.
The aircraft aerodynamic configuration and selected engines provide both supersonic and subsonic flight without range reduction. The high take-off and landing performance combined with the autonomous ground maintenance greatly reduces the requirements for airport facilities.
The passenger cabin equipped with modern commodities offers the passengers a high level of comfort in flight. The installation of special optional equipment can convert the cabin into a study which can satisfy the top Customer's demands.
The high capacity integrated navigation system developed by Honeywell, multiple redundant system integrated with built-in test system, incorporation of proved technical solutions, materials and technologies ensure the high level of safety and reliability.
S-21 SSBJ is being developed in compliance with strict ecological requirements for noise level, sonic boom intensity and unhealthy emissions into atmosphere that significantly reduce the aircraft effect on enviromental conditions
