The plant also repairs the aviation engines in accordance with wishes of a customer develops them for ground application as the electric units of a block type or as the drive gas or fuel pump station.
The Gas Turbine Unit is a conversion version of a high effective engine. It is intended as for the drive gas pump stations as for electric power and heat generations (as steam and as hot water). It can to work in different geographical and climatic conditions in places of any urbanization level. Unit consist of two base blocks - gas generator and power (free) turbine that are mounted on single frame. Gas generator and power turbine are jointed transitional diffuser.
The shaft of power turbine trough exhaust gas collector is joined with electric generator of alternating current. In the frame there are mounted the main systems that support the operations of gas generator and power turbine and units of fuel systems and electric automatic equipment.
The exhaust gas from diffuser enter in a exhaust pipe of gas collector where the turning of flow by 90o occurs to side of exhaust flange.
