PS-90, electric generator drive 16,56 MW

The Units are intended for electrical generator drives. They are designed on the basis of the PS-90A aircraft engine. They have a high degree of unification among themselves and are completely interchangeable.

The GTU-12PEР and GTU-16PEР installations are power generating versions of, accordingly, GTU-12P and GTU-16P, perfectly promoting themselves while running at gas compressor stations of Russia.

The reliable gears of RENK (Germany) are applied to reduce rotation speed of the engine output shaft.
