Cooperation with state structures
Perm Engine Company OJSC is in close cooperation with Russian aerospace agency, GTC Russia, Perm Region Administration. Enterprise representatives take an active part in parliamentary hearings on the issues of aircraft industry development, air transport and Russian aircraft equipment leasing.

State orders for PS-90A aircraft engines delivery to GTC Russia and mutual programs with Russian aerospace agency are the results of this cooperation.

Cooperation with aircraft equipment customers
Perm Engine Company OJSC is a serial manufacturer and the main supplier of aircraft engines for aircraft construction plants: Voronezh aircraft construction association (IL-96-300 aircraft); Ulianovsk AVIASTAR OJSC (TU-204 aircraft); Kazan KAPO OJSC (TU-214 aircraft); Tashkent TAPO OJSC (IL-76MF aircraft).

The enterprise services engines that are in operation in different airlines (the major companies are: Aeroflot-RMAL OJSC, Domodedovo airlines OJSC, AK Siberia OJSC, AK Krasair OJSC), as well as makes engines overhauls and supplies spare parts for aircraft repairing enterprises of Russia, Ukraine, India and the USA.

Cooperation with ground gas turbine equipment customers
Major users of Perm Engine Company products are Gasprom OJSC, companies of Russian oil gas complex and regional power engineering and electrification enterprises.

Perm Engine Company OJSC manufactures and supplies gas turbine units for:
- scientific-production association Iskra OJSC - a manufacturer of gas pumping units for gas-pipe lines compressor plants and centrifugal superchargers for underground depositories of natural gas;
- Iskra-Aviagas Ц that retrofits gas pumping units for compressor plants of Gasprom OJSC;
- Iskra-Energetika Ц a manufacturer of gas turbine electric power stations and power generating sources.
