He was born on February 2, 1958 in Moscow.
In 1980 graduated from Military Institute with excellent marks in the field of military law.
1976-1989 he served in Armed Forces of the USSR.
1989-1991 he worked in the Committee of Lawyers Union of the USSR as a senior science and historical counselor.
1991-2000 he worked as executive officer at some commercial enterprises and banks of RF.
Since 2000 he has been working at Financial Leasing Company, JSC as a Deputy director of development.
Awards: 10 years of unexceptionable service in the AF; Moscow 850’s anniversary.
He is married and has a son.
