Evgeny Zaritsky was born on February 1, 1965, in Plesetsk city, Archangelsk region, in the family of salaried workers.
In 1982 he entered the Moscow Institute of the Transport Engineers and graduated in 1987.
The main specialty of Evgeny Zaritsky is design engineering.
From 1988 to 1990 he served in the Soviet Army as an officer, starting as platoon commander.
From 1990 to 1999 he worked as an engineer in such companies as ”VNIIZhDavtomatizatsiya” , ”TRANSMASH”, ”STROYTRANSGAS”, financial companies and banks.
From 1999 and till now he is a General Director of ”Financial Leasing Company” (FLC).
The winner of the National award ”The Person of Year - 2003 ” in a nomination ”For Strengthening of Economy of Russia”.
Married, two children - daughter and son.
Evgeny Zaritsky lives in Moscow.
