Description

D-436TP is intended for Be-200 multi-purpose amphibian.

Engine meets both present and future ICAO standards for noise and emissions.
Basic merits:
- low SFC and low weight-to-thrust rati;o
- high reliability based on long experience in operating D-36 engine of similar class;
- easy maintenance and high efficiency of monitoring and diagnostics system;
- steady operation in case of engine inlet air sudden temperature inversions when the aircraft is used as forest fire-fighter;
- availability of versatile mount permitting to install engine under or above the wing, inside fuselage or externally at both sides on many aircraft without changes to its design;
- serviceability under maritime conditions;
- low maintenance cost during long service life.
