Laser balanse complex

The complex is intended for balancing dynamically tuned gyros of various types

The complex includes:

• the machine tool with an equipment of maintenance of a mode of balancing,
  
• the device of orientation with the vibration camera,
  
• the measuring - computing rack of communication.
  
  The complex allows to eliminate the following unbalances of gyros:
  
• moment unbalance (pickoff signal modulation),
  
• axial unbalance (displacement of a center of gravity of rotor along rotation axis),
  
• radial unbalance (displacement of a gravity center of a rotor in radial direction).
  
  During balancing significance and angle of an unbalance are automatically determined with consequent adjustment of masses of a rotor with the help of laser ray.
  
  The complex has high universality:
  
• the gyros can have rotation rate in a range of 80-300 Hz;
  
• diameters of rotors - 20-6- mm;
  
• distances between extreme planes of a correction - 4-30 mm.
  
  Gyros balancing accuracy depends on the technical data of a gyro and is considered by the Buyer and the Seller.
