The complex is designed for computer-based planning of variants of solution of combat tasks and preparation of flight missions for groups of aircraft and helicopters of tactical and army aviation. The complex is also intended for making electronic terrain maps for airborne systems, input of flight missions and mapped data into onboard storages of Flash-type, and for compilation and print-out of flight documents.

Complex Features


The planning of combat operations is based on the concept of an integrated environment of support for decision making when the user obtains access to all functional resources of the complex.

The open architecture of software to adapt the complex to the technology of planning the operations of the Air Force of the Customer’s country.

The editable data bases enabling the user to compile own parametric and graphic libraries of targets and threatens.
A smart graphics interface with built-in adjustment capabilities.
Customized design versions: a portable complex, an office system, or a container version.

The modernization potential of the complex updatable to meet the Customer’s requirements.

Complex Performance

Planning the missions for an air force formation of up to 36 aircraft and 8 task forces to solve combat and training tasks, to deliver blows upon targets, to perform navigation (flying), loitering, and escorting missions.
High efficiency of detailed planning that ensures lethality of any type of target at any time of day or night and in any region of the world.
The time for preparation of a plan for combat operations is not more than 40 minutes.
The possibility of using digital and electronic maps of all formats in standards SXF, MIL-STD-8038 and MIL-PRF-89020A, aerial and space photographs of any scale, Built-in map of the world of scale 1: 40 000 000.

The main functional subsystems


The geoinformation system of the complex provides the operation with all Russian maps formats and with maps corresponding to USA Defense Ministry standards: MIL-C-89038 and MIL-PRE-89020A.
The system supports the operation either with vector or raster maps without limitation of the theater of operation area. The scales of maps are from 1:5,000 to 1:40,000,000. The operation with picture of any scale is supported too.

The subsystem of planning provides the preparation of plans of airforce formation actions corresponding to specified or the best measure of actions performance. The subsystem doesn’t restrict the quantity of aeroplanes/helicopters taking part in the solving of combat mission. The method of combat actions planning is constructed on ”step-by-step” principle. Its execution doesn’t require the use of reference books or other printed materials. All necessary data are presented in bases and algorithms of the complex. The mode of deepened or optimizational planning and the mode of accelerated or forced planning of combat actions are provided.

The subsystem of post flight analysis provides express-analysis and deepened analysis of the technical state of flight vehicle equipment, evaluation of application results or simulation of weapon application, evaluation of crew action, reconstruction and dynamic displaying of the completed flight, synchronous dynamic displaying of flight of the several flight vehicles.
