Low-temperature diffusion welding of metal and non-metal materials

The low-temperature diffusion welding procedure can be employed in all branches of industry for providing precision joints of various metallic and non-metallic materials without subsequent mechanical treatment.

• the welding temperature does not exceed the temperature at which the initial electrophysical properties of welded materials start to change,
  
• no deformation of welded materials,
  
• breaking strength of welded joints is not less than 200 MPa,
  
• heating and welding conditions allow to obtain precision joints featuring uniform thickness and density of the weld.
