Veniamin S. Elinson

Elinson Veniamin Solomonovich was born on the 5th of March, 1942, in the town of Talitsa, Sverdlovsk region.
In 1965 he finished the Chelyabinsk Polytechnical Institute, where he studied in the speciality- automatics and telemechanics;
In 1973 he graduated from the Marxism- Leninism University by the town committee of the C.P.S.U., where he studied in the speciality ”International relations”
In 1976 he finished the Training and Development Faculty of the N.E.Bauman MVTU in the speciality ”Economics, Organisation of Production and Production Management”

1988- Medal ”For Labour Valour”;
1988- Medal ”Veteran of Labour”;
1998- he got the 2-class Medal ”For Services for the Homeland”;
