Aiming Radar, RLPK-30FK, is designed for:
- ground and surface target detection by a real beam mapping with a low resolution and mapping with a synthetic antenna aperture having mean and high resolution;
- ground ( surface) tracking of stationary radio - contrast targets at TWS ( track while scan) mode;
- ground ( surface) tracking of stationary targets including non radio -contrast targets at soft tracking mode;
- target indication at Х-31А missile homer, structuring firing operation and commands for firing procedure as well as file issuance for setting navigation and integrated control data at Х-31А missiles.
- multiple use support for active homer, semi- active homer and heat seeking missiles.
- target indication for operating console by television -guided missile;
- structuring fighter control commands at flight director mode at the stage of combat target confrontation, Х-31А homing and operation.
