Rosma has direct contracts with the major Russian oil companies and their affiliates, and with base oil suppliers. We cooperate with ”Kvalitet-Avia”, Ltd.; JSC ”NK Rosneft”- MZ Nefteprodukt; JSC ”Ryazanski zavod neftekhimproduktov” (”Ryazan oil plant”), JSC ”Sovremennye khimitcheskie tekhnologii” (”Modern chemical techniques”), and PKF ”Rusma”, Ltd. The logistics and procurement department is in charge of purchase, supply and delivery of the ordered items. Each of these processes is optimized through the use of original logistics schemes.
