AEROSHELL TURBINE OIL 3SP
Application field:
Mineral oil ”AeroShell Turbine Oil 3SP” has excellent low temperature properties and is approved for use in Russian engines which use the Russian grades MS-8p, MK-8p, and MS-8rk.
Also ”AeroShell Turbine Oil 3SP” is approved for use in the preservation of oil and fuel systems.
Conform to the specifications: DEF STAN 91-99.
AEROSHELL TURBINE OIL 390
Application field:
”AeroShell Turbine Oil 390” is a synthetic oil used for various-design jet engines of auxiliary power units.
May be used as analogue of Russian oils VNII NP 50-1-f, VNII NP 50-1-4u and 36/1Кu-А.
Conform to the specifications: DEF STAN 91-94.
AEROSHELL TURBINE OIL 560
Application field:
"AeroShell Turbine Oil 560" was developed to withstand the hostile environment of today’s high powered, high compression engines, the oil has high thermal-oxidative stability. “AeroShell Turbine Oil 560” is a third-generation oil used on the up-to-date Boeing, Airbus and other aircrafts.
May be used as analogue of Russian oils B-3V, LZ-240, VNII NP 50-1-f, VNII NP 50-1-4u, 36/1Ku-А.
Conform to the specifications: MIL-PRF-23699F grade НТS, DEF STAN 91-101 and others.
AEROSHELL TURBINE OIL 500
Application field:
”AeroShell Turbine Oil 500” is an ester-based synthetic oil containing special additives; it is used on civil and military aircrafts and helicopters. It can also be used in industrial and marine gas-turbine engines.
Is also approved for use in some industrial and marine engines.
Conform to the specifications: MIL-PRF-23699F grade STD, DEF STAN 91-101 (grade ОХ-27).
AEROSHELL TURBINE OIL 555
Application field:"AeroShell Turbine Oil 555" was specifically developed to meet the high temperatures and load carrying requirements of SST engines and the DEF STAN 91-100 (formely DERD 2497) and XAS-2354 specifications.
AEROSHELL TURBINE OIL 750
Application field:"AeroShell Turbine Oil 750" was developed to meet the requirements of DERD 2487 (now DEF STAN 91-98) and to provide a high standard of lubrication in British civil gas turbines, particularly turbo-prop engines where a good load carrying oil was required for the propeller reduction gearbox. AeroShell Turbine Oil 750 is also approved by the Russian authorities as an analogue to MN-7,5u and for those Russian turbo-prop applications which require the use of mixtures of mineral turbine oil and aircraft piston engine oil.
Piston Engine Oils
AEROSHELL OIL 100
Application field:This mineral oil is approved for use in four-stroke cycle certified aircraft, which do not require use of an oil containing a dispersant additive.
Aeroshell oils are used primarily during break-in of most new or recently overhauled four-stroke cycle aviation piston engines.
May be used as analogue of Russian oil MS-20.
Conform to the specifications: SAE J-1966, MIL-L-6082.
AEROSHELL OIL W100
Application field:”AeroShell W Oils” are intended for use in four-stroke cycle certified reciprocating piston engines, including fuel-injected and turbocharged engines.
May be used as analogue of Russian oil MS-20.
Conform to the specifications: SAE J-1899.
AEROSHELL OIL W 15W-50
Application field:The semi-synthetic oil ”AeroShell Oil W 15W-50” is intended for use in certified four-stroke cycle aircraft piston engines. “AeroShell Oil W 15W-50” has excellent low-temperature characteristics. It ensures the best cleanliness and wear and corrosion protection of the engine as well as decreased fuel consumption.
”AeroShell Oil W 15W-50” is superior to practically any single-digit index oil variety.
The anti-corrosion additive system is designed to prevent rust or corrosion in all types of aircraft piston engines.
Conform to the specifications: SAE J-1899 (multigrade).
