State unitary enterprise Aviation Military-Industrial Complex Sukhoy (Concern Sukhov) established in the end of 1996 by the Decree of the President of Russian Federation and the Resolution of the Russian Government to manage enterprises, involved in development and manufacturing of aviation products with trade marks Sukhoy and Beriev. Holding Concern Sukhoy based on state owned enterprises Komsomolsk-on Amur Aviation Industrial Association and Novosibirsk Aviation Industrial Association. Besides that State share packages of joint stock companies Sukhoy Design Bureau, Irkutsk Aviation Industrial Association and Taganrog Aviation Complex Named After Beriev were transferred in authorized fund of Concern Sukhoy.
