Social organization SPRC-FAA-Rus established by the Federation of Amateur Russian Aviation in 1995. It includes amateur as well as professional aviation specialists of St. Petersburg and N/W region. Two training aircraft Dolphin-2 which were presented on MAKS'93 were built by SPRC- FAA enthusiasts. Together with the FAA-Rus Krasnodar Regional Center two aircraft llyushin-14 N 02299 & 23 were revived and one of them is present at MAKS'97. Aircraft-museum N 02299 presently is used as flying tests aircraft for testing of the latest design domestic radio equipment, EFIS, onboard weather Radar and radio NAV/ILS, ATS and TCAS systems.
