Russian Space Agency (RKA) carries out state policy in the sphere of adjustment and co-ordination of enterprises and organizations activity in research, development and fabrication of rocket and space technology for various purposes. RKA structure includes more than 40 large rocket and space industry enterprises and scientific research centers. RKA organizes and co-ordinates works in the framework of commercial space projects and promotes their realization, signs contracts with foreign partners for international space programs and projects fulfillment, which are realized with the help of financial or other kind of Russian Federation Government support.
