Society was founded in order to organize development, batch production, sales, servicing and repair of Mi-Light helicopters, training of pilots and technicians. It incorporates 8 enterprises of aviation branch, providing for a complete cycle of light helicopters production. The products of the Society is represented by the first Russian light helicopter Mi-34C manufactured in series (batch production). It has Certificate Type for the helicopter. Engine Certificate and Noise Certificate, produced by MAK (Interstate Aviation Committee), approved by the order of the Federal Aeronautical Authorities of the Russian Federation and the Aviation Department of the Ministry for Defence Industry for operation in Civil Aviation branch.
