The Military Industrial Group MAPO (MIG MAPO) is a state-owned unitary concern formed in January 1996 to combine a dozen of Russian leading military and civil aviation-building enterprises, including such renowned companies as Mikoyan, Kamov, Klimov etc. The MIG MAPO is the largest Russian corporation involved in the development, production, supply and post-sale attendance (maintenance and upgrade) of combat and civil aircraft and helicopter (MiG-29, MiG-AT, Ka- 50, Ka-32A etc.). Today the MIG MAPO products are operational in 80 countries worldwide.
