Komsomolsk-on-Amur Aircraft Production Association (KNAAPO) is one of the world's leading manufacturers of the tactic aviation aircraft. For a period of more than 60 years there have been produced thousands of combat aircraft making the base of the Russian Air Force and that of 20 other countries of the world. KNAAPO is the only manufacturer of the Sukhoi-27 aircraft's one-seat versions: Su-27SK - is exported (there have been exported more than 40 aircraft). Su-33 - is a deck fighter of the Russian Navy. Su-35/Su-37 - is a promising multi-purpose fighter. Besides combat aircraft KNAAPO manufactures 6- seat light amphibian Beriev-103 and Sukhoi-80 - a new aircraft intended for operating at the regional and domestic airlines.
