JSC Kometal basic function is designing and marketing of speed amphibian wing-in-ground effect vehicles and creating transport service company. Kometal designed and built with CSRI Kometa reproduction multimission 11-places WIG vehicle EL-7 IVOLGA, which maintain safe wing-in-ground effect moving of 3 km above the surface. Using: water reservoirs, even covered with snow and ice, and 3 number sea-way; on the plane; on swamped and flooded surface. EL-7 is based on the land and the sea without special pier and slipway.
