The Air Transport Observer magazine is a new Russian publication focused on air transport subject. The ultimate goal of this publication is to provide unprejudiced business information about world's air transport, plus the most valuable local news and information, to the top management of CIS airlines and airports, civil aviation authorities and regulatory organizations, as well as to all other professionals in the CIS air transport system. The Air Transport Observer is a Russian language magazine published bimonthly. Circulation - 5,000 copies distributed among former USSR air transport management.
