TUPOLEV JSC designs, manufactures and tests air vehicles, aerates and implements new production technologies, sells and lets aircraft lease, and provides aircraft operation and after-sale support. The development programmes of Tu-204, Tu-334, Tu-324 and transport Tu-330 aircraft families have the priority, new civil and military defence aviation systems are being developed and the existing ones are upgraded, research in the area of second generation supersonic passenger aircraft creation, creogenic fuel application and so on is carried out. TUPOLEV company was founded by academician A.N. Tupolev, it has developed more than 300 aircraft projects of almost all types and applications (including air-space airplane, airsledges and small vehicles), 35 projects were put into series production and built in big numbers. Currently in operation are: Tu-134, Tu-154, Tu-204, Tu-95, Tu-22M, Tu160, Tu-142, Tu-243 (Reis-D).
