Aircraft

Solid-state load controller (TKN) is designed to be employed in airborne equipment instead of electromagnetic power relays.
It ensures aircraft 27V electrical power system commutation in compliance with GOST 19705-87 in the following current range:
TKN1-2-30 up to 2 А;
TKN1-10-30 up to 10 А;
TKN1-20-30 up to 20 А;
TKN1-30-30 up to 30 А;
It has the protection from:
- load current exceeding;
- short circuit;
- overheating.

Operating temperature from minus 60 - up to +85 С;
Limiting temperature from minus 60 - up to+100 С;
Vibration 5000Hz, 40g;
Linear acceleration 150g;
Reduced pressure 5 mm Hg

Detailed built-in test permits state analysis of the load and controller as a whole.
Supply and control voltage - minus 5 ± 0,5 V.
Overall dimensions 47х36х14 mm;
Weight - 50 g, max.
16 channels analogue signal converter LSI (BIS PAS) is designed to be employed in airborne equipment instead of electromagnetic low-power relays.
It ensures:
- aircraft 27V electrical power system signals receive in compliance with GOST 19705-87;
- compare and filtering of input signals including protection from `chatter`;
- conversion of received data into serial code;
- detailed built-in test including analysis of input signals in required range and results of internal tests of BIS PAS assemblies.

Number of input lines 16
Supply voltage minus 5 ± 0,5 V
Consumption current 5 mA, max
Operating temperature from minus 60 up to +125 С;
Limiting temperature from minus 60 - up to +125 С;
Vibration 5000Hz, 40g;
Linear acceleration 500g;
Reduced pressure 5 mm Hg.
Overall dimensions 20х20х3 mm;
Weight 4 g, max.

Debugging automated test system TASK is designed for automated serviceability check of units and modules of SUO (SMS) power channel in manufacturing environment.
Composition:
-Upper level IBM PC compatible personal computer with ETHERNET interface controller;
-PCMCIA card controller;
-lower level PC compatible 14-slot mounting based controllers for industrial computer with PENTIUM III-866 MHz processor PCB, PCB set for digital and analogue input/output, ARINC-429, GOST 26.76552-87, GOST 18977-79, RTM 1495-75, ETHERNET interfaces controllers;
-channel selector;
-TASK adapter;
-rack 19` for TASK units and devices;
-standard power supplies and generators;
-cable set;
-software;
-operational documents (operator guide and user manual), texts of all software modules with comments.
Hardware and software of the system ensure the following functions:
-development and debugging (by principal engineers of particular units and systems) of programs for SUO power channel tests at user level without software modification;
-static and dynamic test of SUO power channel units serviceability, including troubleshooting, present of current warning about incorrect operating, test protocol, detecting troubles and presenting conclusion of readiness for further operation, urgent channel switching off during its emergency operation;
-repetition of test for bug (mismatching) arrest;
-data exchange with tested units over ARINC?429, GOST 26.76552-87, GOST 18977-79, RTM 1495-75 in compliance with test procedure;
-interaction with PCMCIA card;
-test procedure and its results comprehension , enough to estimate serviceability of tested units and fault isolation accurate within unit input (output);
-access to test results via local computer network;
-possibility of visualisation, archiving, and documenting of test results.
