FUNCTION:

Сreation and maintenance of oil-free vacuum in closed volumes under the gas load for the air not above 0,2 m3·Pa/s. 

Pumps are to be used both for preliminary evacuation of volumes from the atmospheric pressure and for the long maintenance of residual pressure in closed volumes at the level 1,33·10-2 Pa.

APPLICATIONS:

1. cryogenic engineering and vacuum technology,

2. lectronic, light and food industries,

3. nuclear physics and technology of physical experiment,

4. space explorations, etc.

Pumps are suitable for the long technological processes, requiring continuous maintenance of vacuum without use of the attending personnel.
