In accordance with the General Conditions of Participation in MAKS 2003 and also with general requirements on strengthening control over the armament and military equipment I would like to get from your companies the List of Exhibits and the List of Military Exhibits.

Please, fill-in the Form 3 for exhibits and the Form 3a for military exhibits. You may use the Exhibitors’ Ordering Service at www.maks.ru. 

Please, pay attention on GUARANTEE (in the frame). The Guarantee frame with signature and stamp must be filled-in by every exhibiting company and faxed to (+7 095) 787 6654. 

Deadline for the Forms 3 and 3a is June 15, 2003.

According to the requirement of the RF Commeettee of International Military and Technical Cooperation you must indicate the BTN code to each exhibit in the List of Exhibits.

Уважаемые господа!

В соответствии с Генеральными условиями участия в МАКС-2003, а также всвязи с общими требованиями по усилению контроля за вооружениями прошу Вас направить нам списки экспонатов невоенного и военного назначения.

Списки должны быть оформлены по Форме 3 и 3а, либо по формам, предложенным экспонентам через www.maks.ru .

Обращаем Ваше внимание на то, что в Форме 3 (Перечень экспонатов) перед заполнением таблицы экспонатов необходимо подписать ГАРАНТИЮ об отсутствии экспонатов военного назначения и поставить штамп. Все экспоненты должны отправить лист с полностью оформленной ГАРАНТИЕЙ по факсу (+ 7 095) 787 6654.
