Compact homing radio stations-10SThe medium-wave homing radio station is intended to provide outer and inner homing and landing of the aircraft equipped with direction finders and to define fixed points on the plane routs with the use of marker radio beacon.

The radio station provides:
- Automatic check of homing transmitters parameters;
- Automatic check of marker radio beacon parameters;
- Change-over to stand-by marker radio beacon;
- Change-over to stand-by homing transmitters;
- Automatic change-over to stand-by diesel power generators;
- Manual and automatic control of heating and ventilation system;
- Remote control of homing transmitters, marker radio beacon, fire-extinguishers and diesel power generators via 4-wire, 2-wire control line or radiolink at the distance up to 10 km.
