REGION, The State Research and Production Enterprise FSUE develops specialized precision guided ASW weapons for the Navy and naval aviation and guided air bombs for tactical air forces. In developing ASW weapons, Region implements the rapid action principle applying non-traditional design approaches. High-speed antisubmarine underwater missiles apply achievements in the implementation of stable controlled cavitation movement and use of hydro-reactive fuel energy for the hydro-rocket sustainer. Homing and controlled air bombs developed by Region are the most effective and advanced class of precision guided munitions owing to a combination of a powerful warhead and high hit accuracy.
