JSC START is a research&production enterprise, specialized in making of engineering for the national defense forces. START functions during more than fifty years and for this time it became a large scientific-and-technological centre of developing and production of launching equipment for ground forces, air force and navy. As part of the conversion START exercises developing, updating and production of equipment for timber-industrial complex and ground refuellers.
