Well function control station is a functional unit for following units of control and operation modes:
ressure gas functioned main and wing gate valves;
well complex hydraulic fluid operated subsurfac e safety valve. The comlex as a whole can be used for gas well operation under pressure up to 60 MPA (600 kgf/sq. cm) with H2S and C02 content up to 25 % each.
Functioning station guarantees:
utomatic well shutdown and automatic shut off of wing gate valve at hazardous change of wellhead pressure values or in well outlet string, respectivelly;
well fire automatic well shutdown;
remote control well shutdown or wing gate valve shut off by the operator from central processing station;
well shutdown from station SFK-60 console;
well operation start procedure from station SFK-60 console only;
failure signal generation and sending to central processing station in the case of: fire, hazardous change of wellhead pressure values or well outlet string, subsurface safety valve low control pressure
