Description

Slide bearings made of nonmetallic Sintec-type materials are recommended to ensure friction units be reliable in service in chemical, petrochemical, mining, gas, wood working, dairy and meat industries, mechanical engineering, metalurgy, farming and war-like equipment.

Sintec-UM materials are produced either as finished articles to customer’s drawings or as intermediate products (slabs, bushes, tubes).
Slide bearings and sealing members made of them for friction units operate at high slip velocity (upto 30
m/s) and under loads (up to 100 MPa) in various gaseous and liquid media.

Using antifriction materials Sintek-UM allows for simplifying friction unit design and for increasing servicing life in friction units by 2-3 times as compared to conventional materials.
Using Sintek-UM class materials there is no need for extra lubrication.
