In Berlin the presentation of the International Aviation and Space Salon MAKS 2001 was held. MAKS 2001 will take place on August 14 - 19 at the airfield of the Flight research Institute (LII) in Zhukovsky, Moscow region. German companies revealed great concern to MAKS. Representatives of 87 German firms attended the presentation.

Traditionally Germany is an active participant of MAKS. At previous MAKS'99 18 companies had presented their expositions. By the moment 14 German firms have already submitted their Application forms for participation.
