Our company belongs to not numerous groups of manufacturers of steam turbine flow system parts. During over 50 years we have achieved a great experience in a field of production technology. We have worked out our own, many times unique, technological procedures significantly improving a quality and a reliability of our products. So our offer of steam turbine flow system parts is supported by many years of experience. Our company is able to manufacture almost every type and assortment of spare parts for steam turbine flow systems. Our Blades and Tool-maker’s Plant includes a very well equipped Blades Department where we produce rotor blades, guide vanes and nozzles assigned for every type of steam turbines and axial compressors. We offer all types of blades with any shape of airfoils and any root shape with a total length up to 1200 mm, for the turbines from the smallest power ratings of several tens kW to the biggest with the power rating of several hundreds MW. We produce also other parts as distance pieces, closing blades, shrouds, pins, stiffening and damping wires. Raw materials for the blades are rolled and forged rectangular bars, drawn profile bars and drop forgings or precise die forgings. Our knowledge and experience guarantee a right choice of materials according to operating conditions. We have experience in manufacturing of welded and casted diaphragms, too. We specialize in a small lot production mainly for repair purposes. The blades are machined on two and four spindle tracer milling machines and on four and five axis CNC-machines. Steam turbine flow system parts are produced on a base of technical documentation from our customer or from our archive. We are also ready to recreate and to work out the documentation on a base of measurements of new, used or even partly damaged (reverse engineering). We also offer the following services: - overhauls of steam turbines with small and medium power ratings in the range of reblading of rotors and casings, exchange of labyrinth seals, grinding of shaft necks and balancing of rotors, - working out modernizations of steam turbine flow systems in order to increase a strength and removal of failure states or to fit to changed operating conditions (change of a back-pressure or power output for district heating), (the reference list of modernizations in enclosure) - Working out a technical documentation for spare parts of governing systems and other auxiliary devices of steam turbines (parts for valves, speed governors, lubrication systems, sealing i.e.) on a base of measurements of delivered parts. During many years of our activity we have modernized over 50 different types of turbines in commercial and industrial power plants. We are the only manufacturer of spares and till now we have produced parts for flow systems and other parts for steam turbines of the following manufacturers: AEG, ALSTOM, BBC, ČKD, EKM, ESCHER WYSS, GHH, KKK, LANG, LMZ, MAN, PB, SSW, ŠKODA, ZAMECH (Poland) and others. The blades for 200 MW units of LMZ/ZAMECH design are our standard products. On a list of our customers are almost all commercial and industrial power plants in Poland and some of the European steam turbine manufacturers as for example SIEMENS, ALSTOM, ŠKODA and others where we supply blades for new steam turbines. We have also a laboratory with equipment which enables to make precise analysis of chemical constitution of steels and non-ferrous metals, mechanical testing and detection of material defects. The quality of our products is assured by the Quality Management System approved by the Certificate ISO 9001 awarded by RW TÜV Essen, Germany.
