Brief history

The company established in 1993 is a leader on the domestic market of lighter-then-air systems. Built up scientific and productive potential of the company allows developing highly effective systems, which, by certain features, may compete with aviation.

Over the last decade the Centre has developed and put in production more than 30 types of lighter-than-air vehicles, including:
- Small-volume aerostats Au-1, Au-2, Au-3, Au-5, Au-9 and Au-10;
- Extra wind-resistant aerostats with rigid sail-like empennage Au-6, Au-17 BARS, Au-24;
- Manned gas aerostats Au-7 and Au-8 (mounting and demounting of high-rise building, sports flights);
- Aerostatic illumination devices Au-3L and Au-14 Luna;
- Aerostatic attraction Au-16 Aerolift;
- One- and two-seat gas airships Au-11 and Au-12;
- Hot-air airship AV-1R (in cooperation with Cubicek s.r.o.);
- Patrol airship PD-300;
- Module airship MD-900;
- Radio-controlled airships RD-4, 6, 9, 12;
- Modernized aerostat for paratroopers training DAG-2M;
- Tethered aerodynamic aerostat with plasmatron helium-heating system Au-21 Puma;
- Target aerostats capable of imitating thermal and radar shapes of an aircraft.

At present Augur Aeronautical Centre possesses an up-to-date productive and technological facilities, a design office with high-skilled stuff, flight tests department and a reliable system of control over production quality.
