Co. ”Ramensky Instrument Engineering Plant” is situated in 40 km to the South-East from Moscow in the town of Ramenskoye, picturesque Moscow Region. The shops are equiped with modern machine, test and control eguipment allowed to manufacture the products based on modern technologies. The production management is carried out by using of last achievements of management science and computing technics. There are tool production, production of technological eguipment and mechanization and automatization means of product at the enterprise, what allows to organize serial manufacturing of new products in necessary dates and by good quality. Main directions of activity Analysis of design documentation on the stage of samples production by designers for maximum ability using of the enterprise technologies and modern preparing of new technologies. Organization of serial output in necessary times. Product test for reliability parallely with it’s serial output. Close interaction with designers and exploiting facilities to reveal possible faults and to increase product reliability. Organization of guarantee service and training by correct methods of product exploitation. The equipment of expiating facilities with necessary apparatus. Works to increase the service life of output product. Marketing investigations to search the possibilities of new product using the new aircraft and helicopers and modernization of earlier made product. Active cooperation with Russian scientific institutes and foreign companies in the field of serial output organization of: • inertial navigation systems and complexes, AHRS, Gyros and accelerometers; • flying and navigation indicators and systems of trajectory control; • industrial and domestic products, medicine technics based on avionics technology; • parts and assemblies by orders of foreign enterprises of aviation instrument engineering.
