In accordance with the situation at the world aviation market the enterprise leadership took the following strategies:

- Rostvertol PLC`s return to the East European market. The main aim - the modernization of the earlier delivered equipment and performance of repair and servicing.

- Widening of combat helicopters` niche on the African market - real prospect of long-term deliveries of products and services of Rostvertol PLC to this region, forming of Russian combat helicopter market, creation of client`s base for purchase of spare parts and services.

- Promotion to the market of Mi-28NE helicopter of the forth generation and modernized Mi-35M.
