| The joint-stock company `Corporation of the Air Traffic Control systems` was founded in November, 2001 by the Russian radio-technical industry leading enterprises, specializing in manufacturing of ATC systems and facilities. One of the main directions of the JSC `Corporation of the ATC systems` on the first stage of its activity was the creation of the production and innovation engineering structure capable of program to integrate of area ATC centers on a comprehensive approach basis. In the frame of this activity was resulted the idea to establish a branched structure incorporating Russian companies with the different forms of the ownership, capable to carry out the whole scope of works to create integrated ATC centers and to equip them with advanced equipment, on `turn-key` basis.
