To enable me to construct such accurate scale helicopters of this type I have to find very detailed information and photographs of the full size helicopter. I am intending to build 4 metre long scale model helicopters of your Mi28, Mi 24 and Mi 8. Would you be able to supply me with detailed photographs and information of these helicopters to help me accurately replicate them. Can you also tell me if you will be putting these helicopters on static display at the MAKS 2009 Exhibition. If so, would it be possible for me to get very close up to these helicopters to walk around the and take photographs. The helicopter has been essentially designed and built by one of our minority shareholders; a very capable and innovative engineer and his older brother (also shareholder) who does the electronics and many other valuable manual tasks. Recently, as the projects near the end phase, the two brothers have started to realise that by the time our company has repaid its considerable debts, the profits and first dividend pay outs are several years away. Although neither brother have put one $ into the business, they wanted the other shareholders to buy them out immediately for a very large amount of money.......... Since we (the majority shareholders) considered their actions as nothing short of blackmail we have frozen all funding. Our two engineers have refused to work on the project for several months, and they have instead been working on a new fixed wing aircraft project for another company.\r\rI am now looking for serious partners to help us finish our helicopter project. Our present (4th) prototype is almost ready to start flight tests. Our original goal was to have our 2 seat helicopter accepted first as a kit-built aircraft and in a later stage progress to the certification of the helicopter under the JAR-VLR (Joint Aviation Authorities - Very Light Rotorcraft) and the US Primary Rotorcraft Category. A certification of this type would allow operators of the M80 to use our helicopter for flight training and other commercial uses.\r\rWe have identified a large potential world-wide market for a helicopter of this type. It could also be used as a platform for UAV\'s. Текст запроса: Monday, April 28, 2003\r\rMemorandum: Law Enforcement Equipped Light Turbine Helicopters, 20 + each, new + spares\r\r \r\rFor: Mr. Yuri Andrianov, Director General\r\r \r\r\rIDPA, a teaming business of the National Systems Management Corporation and CRP LTD, has been presented with a unique opportunity to provide non-USA helicopters for use in the USA. Accordingly, we are evaluating the availability of a cooperative manufacturer that is desirous of working with us in order to support completion of our paperwork submissions for the project by May 14, 2003.\r\r \r\rThe current purchase requirement is for twenty new helicopters to begin replacing the very old Hughes 500 series. We are seeking a highly qualified candidate manufacturer that will appoint us their sole representative in the USA for the specific aircraft we agree to use. This is a unique opportunity for the factory that is able to make immediate decisions and assist the bid process with information required by the US Government. This is a commercial deal that in no way involves the US Military.\r\r \r\rThe candidate helicopter will be the replacement for a fleet of the OH-6 helicopters with Allison C20B engines. The basic requirements for the new helicopter offer are:\r\rAn engine barrier filter (sand & dust filter) system is required. \rThe aircraft must be new, of current design and production, with spare parts readily available. We shall arrange FAA certification as a normal category helicopter. All applicable improvements with airworthiness directives, service bulletins, and service letters shall be completed and incorporated in the new production aircraft. The US Government will check the past performance of ourselves and the chosen builder of the aircraft. \rIn order for our team to prepare the large amount of paperwork for submission to the US Government buyer’s contracting office, we will have to work closely with the helicopter factory in order to answer performance questions. Hence, the factory and its Bureau that we choose must be able to answer a few questions in short order (such as the ability to install specified equipment, agreement to support factory maintenance classes here in the USA, and other data requirements). \rThere will be a requirement for installation of miscellaneous equipment.
